About Grand Union

Grand Union (formerly known as the Northfields industrial estate) is a 21 acres site in the London Borough of Brent. It is located off Beresford Avenue and is framed on two sides by the River Brent and Grand Union Canal. Grand Union is within fourteen minutes’ walk of Alperton station on the Piccadilly line, and within seven minutes’ walk of Stonebridge Park station, providing Bakerloo and London Overground services.

St George is a member of the Berkeley Group, London’s leading mixed-use developer and a FTSE 100 company. We regenerate brownfield land to create thriving new communities in attractive landscaped environments.

Since acquiring the site in April 2017, St George has undertaken extensive consultations with the local community on the Grand Union proposals through walk and talks, pop-ups, site visits, workshops and public exhibitions. No one knows the local area as well as the people who live there, and we have been keen to hear what local people value and what they feel regeneration could bring to the area. We believe that having this understanding is fundamental to creating a great place of which everyone can be proud.
